Stockard Hall & Martin Hall

Construction Notice: We will begin mechanical work in common areas of Martin Hall in the summer of 2019. Work may continue into August intersession and fall semester. Residents will be impacted by noise and the presence of construction professionals and student housing staff.

Stockard and Martin are located next to Jackson Avenue, giving residents easy access to the Oxford community. Each building has 10 residential floors. The buildings share a connected first floor that contains large lounges, a laundry facility, and a P.O.D. Market. Study rooms are located on each residential floor. 

Stockard Hall and Martin Hall residents sign a contract for the academic year. These buildings close during breaks.
