Rates
All traditional residence hall room rates as well as those for Burns, Minor, Pittman, and Residence Hall 1 are based on an annual 9-month residency (fall and spring semesters) and do not include housing during breaks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break). All residence halls are open during wintersession. Northgate Apartments, Residential College South, Luckyday Residential College, Residence Hall 2, and Residence Hall 3 room rates are based on an annual 10-month residency (fall and spring semesters) and include break housing. Campus Walk rates are based on an annual 12-month residency (fall, spring, and summer). Rates are per student.
