Crosby Hall

During the 2019-20 academic year, we may be replacing the aging brick façade of Crosby Hall. We may also weatherproof the building to improve insulation and replace all windows. If the project begins during the upcoming year, work will continue through spring semester. Residents would be impacted by noise, the window replacement process, and the presence of construction professionals and student housing staff. 

 

Martin Hall

We will begin mechanical work in common areas of the building in the summer of 2019. Work may continue into August intersession and fall semester. Residents will be impacted by noise and the presence of construction professionals and student housing staff. 

 

Stewart Hall

Elevator replacement work will begin in the summer of 2019 and will continue into the fall semester. Residents will be impacted by noise, the availability of only one elevator, and the presence of elevator professionals and student housing staff.
