The Campus Walk Apartments contract is a 12-month contract. The tenant must, throughout occupancy, be enrolled at the university.

2019-20 Sophomores & Upperclassmen

This application phase is open to all 2019-20 sophomores and upperclassmen.

Application opens: 9:00am CST on February 4

Once all on-campus spaces have been filled, a waitlist will be available.

Instructions

1. Log into the student housing portal.
2. Choose sophomore & upperclassman in the top bar. 
3. Select this application: Campus Walk 2019-20.
4. Complete the following sections: room selection, profile setup, contract, application fee payment agreement (non-refundable*, billed to bursar account).
5. Visit the application confirmation section to confirm your booking.

*The $75 application fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your contract prior to July 1, 2019. 

Once you’ve signed in your contract, you will not be able to change your selection. Room changes will be available after fall semester begins.

Additional Info

Since the duration of the Campus Walk housing contract is for 12 months and lease renewal is available, apartments will likely already have tenants present when new residents arrive. If you’re a new resident to Campus Walk, please keep in mind that common areas, including the kitchen, living, dining, and laundry areas, in your apartment may already be in use. The cleanliness of those areas is the responsibility of the residents. 

Recontracting for Current Residents

Completing the application for recontracting your current room will allow you to stay in your current room for the upcoming year, and you will not be required to move out of Campus Walk for the time between your 2018-19 and 2019-20 contracts.

If you do not recontract your current room, you may still apply to live in Campus Walk when that application opens to all sophomores and upperclassmen. Those spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you will be living in a room other than your current one for 2019-20, you will be required to move out of Campus Walk by the end date of your current contract. You can move into your 2019-20 apartment on the scheduled move in date for 2019-20.

Recontracting application available: 9:00am CST on November 5 – 4:00pm CST on January 31
